– I genuinely enjoy working with people and ensuring they have positive experiences at work, says Rita Nergård Bradley.
– While much of our work in accounting and payroll follows a fixed routine with deadlines, we often encounter unexpected tasks that require adaptability. As both an advisor and a dialogue partner, flexibility is essential.

– I can’t exist merely at work. A fulfilling personal life is crucial to performing well at work, she says.
– Rita is also involved in organising social activities at work, Our social committee maintains an annual schedule to ensure cross-company gatherings at least every other month. This is to foster a strong sense of community among colleagues, she says.

Perhaps it is her international background that helps her thrive at BEWI Invest. Rita draws parallells between the company’s core values and the Welsh culture she holds dear.
– Wales has a grounded, hardworking spirit, and I see similar traits here at BEWI Invest, she says.
– It’s really nice to work somewhere where owner’s are as down-to-earth and present as they are here. They are open and genuinely interested in their employees. Rita also notes that the enormous growth and development of the company hasnt’t changed that culture.
