Corvus Estate builds a focused real estate platform within logistics and light industrial

Corvus Estate is a new addition to the BEWI Invest portfolio. The company has established a solid commercial real estate portfolio, primarily focused on logistics and light industrial properties in the Trondheim region. With active ownership, short decision-making processes and clear capital discipline, Corvus Estate has ambitions to grow further within its core segment.

Corvus Estate is a specialised real estate company that owns and develops commercial properties within logistics, light industrial, office and retail. Today, the portfolio comprises approximately 17 properties with strong locations, stable tenants and several identified development opportunities.

Understanding both the details and the bigger picture
“Corvus was established to build a focused real estate company with active asset management and a clear emphasis on value creation,” says Ove Rød Henriksen, CFO of Corvus Estate. “We work systematically with operations, capital structure and selective transactions to develop the portfolio and ensure long-term, predictable cash flow.”

The company’s name is derived from the Latin word for raven – Corvus – a symbol of perspective, intelligence and adaptability.

“Real estate investing is about understanding both the details and the bigger picture. We aim to maintain strong operational control of our assets while making long-term, disciplined decisions,” Henriksen says.

Logistics and light industrial properties are a segment Corvus Estate considers structurally attractive going forward.

“We continue to see good opportunities in this segment, particularly in regional markets with strong business activity. These are properties that combine functionality, flexibility and long-term demand,” says Henriksen.

New in the role – extensive experience
Henriksen has a background in audit, finance and real estate, with previous experience from Logistea AB, KMC Properties ASA and Siva SF. At Corvus Estate, he is responsible for finance, funding and reporting, and works closely with transactions and the company’s strategic development.

“What attracted me to Corvus Estate was the clear strategy, strong ownership and short decision-making lines. This creates a solid foundation for disciplined capital allocation, while still allowing us to act decisively when the right opportunities arise,” he says.

Building step by step
The ambition is clear: Corvus Estate aims to continue growing within its defined segment and establish itself as a recognised player in logistics and light industrial real estate.

“We will build step by step. The goal is not growth at any cost, but a robust, focused portfolio of high quality with a long-term perspective,” Henriksen concludes.
