BEWI Invest AS, an industrial investment company with ownership interests in companies within industrials, real estate and seafood, today announces that the company has entered into a binding agreement to sell a significant minority stake of part of its seafood assets for approximately NOK 675 million.
Closing of the agreement is subject to certain closing conditions and is expected before the end of 2023.
