Trondheim, [10] July 2023, Bewi Invest AS (the “Company”) has entered into a secured Revolving Credit Facility Agreement (the “RCF”) with two commercial banks to finance general corporate and working capital purposes of the Company and its subsidiaries, including refinancing existing financial indebtedness as well as financing acquisitions and capital expenditure.<\/p>\n

The RCF is subject to customary financial conditions and matures on 30 June 2026, subject to the possibility for up to two extensions of 12 months each.<\/p>\n
