The deferral is made in accordance with the terms and conditions for the said hybrid bond. No compound interest will incur following the deferral.<\/p>\n<p>Net of own hybrid bond holding this means that BEWI Invest defers approximately NOK 18 million in quarterly interest payments in 2026, aggregated to approximately NOK 72 million.<\/p>\n<p>By deferring the interest payments, the company uses the flexibility in its financial structure and prioritizes to maintain a solid reserve of liquidity.
