He now steps into the role with responsibility for further developing the group\u2019s financial platform and supporting growth and development across the portfolio.<\/p>\n
Skogstad brings broad experience from finance and business development, having worked with a range of companies in phases of growth and transformation \u2014 in roles spanning employee, shareholder, board member, and advisor. His background covers everything from organic growth, initial public offerings and capital raising, to business divestments and other steps toward scaling companies.<\/p>\n
He has served as CFO in companies such as RESMAN Energy Technology, Signicat, and CrayoNano, and held an active board position in Planktonic. His expertise ranges from financial management and corporate strategy to international expansion \u2014 giving him a keen sense of what it takes to build and grow sustainable businesses.<\/p>\n
In recent years, he has played a key role in the turnaround of FiiZK, during a challenging period for both the market and the organization. This work included restructuring, divestments and transformation efforts \u2014 providing valuable experience in navigating unpredictable environments.<\/p>\n
\u201cYou have to accept that progress doesn\u2019t always come immediately. It takes patience and the ability to stay the course through difficult times,\u201d says Skogstad.<\/p>\n
